If you are coming to Berawa Beach Estate, we hope your stay with us is everything you could ever wish for in Bali. To help you plan your trip, here are some of the things that people often ask us. If we haven’t covered what you need to know, please email and we will get straight back to you.

What do l get at the Berawa Beach Estate?

  • Lush tropical gardens and villas with their own private pool. All the villas have huge private bales (day beds) for relaxing in and sun loungers to top up on the tan.
  • All bedrooms come with a luxury en-suite bathroom and are fully air-conditioned.
  • There are safety boxes in all the bedrooms.
  • Satellite TV with sports, movies and kids’ channels, free unlimited Wi-Fi and DVD players with a selection of DVDs for all the family.

What facilities does each villa offer at The Berawa Beach Estate?

  • First morning breakfast is complimentary
  • A full-time chef who can prepare anything of your choosing, you just pay for the ingredients at cost. We highly recommend the seafood BBQ!
  • In-villa massages/spa treatments plus a concierge service whiich will assist in the booking of tours, activities, restaurants, etc.
  • Guest will have complimentary access to The Canggu club (www.cangguclub.com)
  • An English speaking driver and car (Suzuki APV) which available for up to 8 hours per day.

Do you have 24 hour service?

  • Household staff are on hand during the day and into the early evening and our Villas Manager & Concierge will be available to take care of your needs. There is 24 hour security attending the secured, gated estate.

Can I walk to the beach?

  • The Berawa Beach Resort is directly on the beach.

Are there any mosquitoes or insects?

  • Bali lies at the heart of the tropics, so we do get mosquitoes. To keep them under control, we fog the gardens and spray the villas.

How can I get around Bali?

  • We provide an English speaking driver and car (Suzuki APV) which can take up to 8 adults including the driver. This is available for up to 8 hours per day and extra hours can be booked for U$4 per hour. Guests are responsible for their own petrol which costs just US cents 50 per litre. Taxis are also very reasonably priced and metered. We will always be happy to arrange any trips or tours around the island.

Will l be met at the airport?

  • We will always confirm your flight details before you arrive and a representative from The Berawa Beach Resort will be there to meet you at the airport and drop you off on your return. The rate includes multiple pick-ups and drop-offs where groups have varying flight itineraries.

How do I organise sightseeing tours?

  • Our staff will be happy to make recommendations and bookings for whole and half days tours as well as a variety of activities both in and outside the villa.

Are there facilities for children at the The Berawa Beach Estate?

  • The villas have a huge pool with a kids pool, Kids TV channels, and DVD players to keep them entertained until bedtime. Cots, high chairs and car child seats are available as well as professional child minding services.

Can I request double or twin beds?

  • All of our rooms come with either King or Queen sized double beds or two singles. Most rooms come with huge sofas/ daybeds. Extra beds are available to hire and if you have any specific requests then please email us.

What bathroom amenities do you have?

  • Each villa has a selection of bathroom products. We also supply basic essentials like hair dryers and mineral water.

I will be arriving earlier than the stated check-in time. Can I still check-in?

  • Providing the villa is vacant we will always try to accommodate you.

I want to check out after the stated check-out time. Is that possible?

  • A late check-out can be arranged, but this will be dependent on villa availability and may be charged for. If we are busy, we are happy to store your bags.

Will you store my luggage after I check out if I have late night flight?

  • We are happy to take care of guests’ luggage after check-out and before departing to the airport.

What should I do if I discover I left an item at the villa?

  • Please contact us as soon as you realise your item is missing as that makes it easier to find. We can then advise on whether it was found and how to get the item returned to you.

Payment policy

  • We accept bank transfers and credit card payments for all bookings.
