The Berawa Beach Estate is a magical and stunningly beautiful collection of exclusive villas situated right on the beach. One of Bali’s most exclusive addresses, and Bali’s premier wedding and event location, the likes of the new Finn’s Beach Club, La Laguna Beach Club, the W Hotel, Ku De Ta Restaurant and Potato Head Beach Club are just a short distance away.

One of only a few estates directly on the beach in the whole of Bali, this premier location consists of four beautifully appointed villas with 16 bedrooms in total. Very close by are three additional private villas providing 13 bedrooms. With up to 7 villas and 29 bedrooms in total, any size of group can be comfortably accommodated next to each other in glorious surroundings.

Weddings, anniversaries, birthday celebrations and retreats are our speciality providing a truly memorable experience for that once in a lifetime occasion. A committed team of dedicated staff will cater to all your personal needs to ensure everything runs smoothly and everyone has an amazing time.

The Estate is close to the world class shopping, eating and nightlife of central Seminyak.

There are also lots of other interesting things and activities for guests to do at the Estate or nearby including in-villa spa treatments, horse riding on the beach, cycling through the rice fields, surf lessons or boogy boarding in the sea directly next to the Estate, Treetops Adventure Park, Waterbom Water Park, Crossfit at Crossfit Wanderlust and the Elephant Safari Park to name just a few.

The Berawa Beach Estate is a magical and romantic location where you can share your special day with your close friends and family while staying in the most idyllic of surroundings. We’ve hosted many weddings of all sizes on the Estate and it’s also an ideal location for special birthdays, anniversaries, family reunions and celebrations of all kinds.

With beautiful, romantic ceremonies able to be arranged on the beach directly in front of the Estate, guests can then leisurely stroll the few metres onto the Estate for the wedding dinner and evening reception. A late curfew allows celebrations to continue later into the night which is unusual in Bali where in many wedding event places the celebrations have to finish early!

The Estate is immensely popular due to its suitability and adaptability as a venue whether it’s a dinner party for 20, a birthday celebration for 70 or a wedding event for 130 guests.
